Dates of Operation: April 1 – June 14 and August 1 – October 15

Lodging includes full breakfast, fishing on our 2 acre pond, use of laundry, decks, and barbecue grills for meal prep.
Regular Season Rooms have a 2 night minimum stay. 7 night or longer stays receive a 10 % discount.

Rates do not include private water access fees (including Nelson’s Spring Creek), dinner, transportation to and from airport, fishing license, waders, guided fishing services and gratuities for guides and lodge staff.

High Season Rooms are sold in 3 and 6 night packages. 3 night packages check in on a Monday or Thursday. 6 night packages check in on a Monday.

Creek Rates

About our Rates and Packages:
The creek and lodge are closed on Sunday. Full or partial guiding services can be added to any of the packages and will be invoiced separately.
Deposits and Payments; 50% of the total package price is required upon making your reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. Final payment is due 2 weeks before your arrival and is nonrefundable. We accept checks and all major credit cards. We do not accept Paypal or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy; Refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to arrival date with a $100/person re-booking fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit. Because of our small size and exclusive offering, we do not make exceptions for changes in travel plans, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances on your part. If you are not comfortable with our policy, please do not make advance reservations. We highly recommend trip insurance to cover any losses or interruption of travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
